HOW TO ORDER
Complete the online order form and provide the necessary
information. You may use one of the following cards: Visa, MasterCard or American Express to place an order using the order form online. At this time, we are only able to process online orders for customers in the United States.
SECURITY
Bria Star, Inc. provides a secure online shopping experience. Chase Merchant Services for all online Credit Card transactions. A Security Socket Layer technology is used through Chase Merchant Services to secure all transactions between your computer and Bria Star, Inc..
ORDER DELIVERY
Most items will be shipped in 1 - 5 business days. Once the item is shipped you will receive a confirmation via e-mail. If you are uncertain if the timeframe is acceptable or suitable, please e-mail us the date you need the item by, so that we can confirm a delivery date with you.
SHIPPING
We ship UPS or USPS. We will notify you with the shipping information in the confirmation e-mail. If there is a delay, you will be notified. You will not incur any additional shipping charges for partial orders. We cannot ship to PO Boxes and cannot ship to an international address at this time.

RETURN POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your selection simply return it to us in original condition and package within 30 days and we will gladly refund your purchase price. Personalized, Body Soaps and Final sale items may not be returned. Before returning merchandise, please request a Return Authorization Number by e-mail. For damaged items you must notify us within 7 days of receipt for a refund. If you purchased by credit card, your card will be credited for the full price of the product once the item is received at Bria Star,Inc.
